" News and updates on studies checking the efficacy of Non-Pharmacological Interventions (NPIs) "

The Author

The Author

Gregory Ninot is a Professor at University of Montpellier (France) and the Executive Director of CEPS Platform, a methodological platform dedicated to non-pharmacological trials.

Non-pharmacological interventions (NPIs) vary greatly in terms of efficacy, safety and cost-benefits. This wide range of results generates persistent –sometimes intentional– confusion and misconceptions, which can mislead people made vulnerable by a medical condition. Blog en Sante reviews the most rigorous studies focusing on children, senior and people with chronic disease, to distinguish between accurate and false information and to make objective results available to all. A glossary of main concepts is also proposed.
